Absolute best diaper to sleep in?

Is there any sort of consensus on this?

For me personally, I’ve tried a handful of different brands, Kiddos, LFB, NorthShore MegaMax, Sunkiss, and I think the best one is Rearz Daydreamers. I’ve never had a leak with them. I usually wind up changing before they ever reach capacity. But there’s still a lot of diapers I haven’t tried before so who knows.

I really want to try LNGU Dragoonz next because I’ve heard good things about them and they’re super cute, plus I like trying new things. But I more so need a diaper that is a good overnight diaper. Something that can withstand occasional side sleeping, and handle 2-3 wettings a night.

Just another little update

Hello it’s been about a week since my last update so I thought I’d give another one. If I’m posting too much just let me know and I’ll slow it down.

Anyways I wore diapers to bed every night last week since that’s one of the most important parts of this training. I had to start introducing a barrier cream to the areas around the leg openings because I was getting some slight redness and swelling. Not quite a rash but something to keep an eye on. I also used my FSA to order a case of 40 of the pink Sunkiss diapers. I prefer ABDL diapers but these are easier on the budget so I can justify putting one on right before bed at 8:30 pm and taking it off when I wake up at 4:30 am on work days. Whereas normally I would prefer to time my diapers for maximum enjoyment, rather than just utility for nighttime. I tested them out in bed and didn’t get a leak, but that was only one wetting. Haven’t needed to try two in those diapers yet.

I’ve been drinking plenty before bed. Not overdoing it but definitely staying well hydrated. If you read my last post you’ll know I have some trouble even just wetting in the bed at all. This has been diminishing even after only this past week. I woke up to pee every night, and made sure to do it while laying down in bed. I think at this point it’d still be quicker to get out of bed and use the potty, but I’ve made the decision to do this training so I take the extra time, even on work nights, to just relax myself and release into my diapers while laying in bed. I had a couple times where it came to me surprisingly easy, but then other times it took some effort and concentration. I’d say overall it’s getting easier for me to wet in the bed which is exciting for me.

I have also been using some hypnosis audio files from archive.org to help, to mixed results. They are fun regardless and I intend to keep them as a tool in my bedwetter toolbox.

Last night was the most interesting one so far. I drank some hard seltzers before bed and woke up with my bladder just screaming. I then pretty much instantly released into my diaper then went right back to sleep. I kinda wonder if I was close to going in my sleep and then woke up at the last minute. Then I woke up a second time having to go but not as badly as the first, it took me a little longer but I was able to go pretty quickly compared to just a couple weeks ago. However my Kiddo Premium for whatever reason wasn’t capable of holding two floodings while laying on my back this time, and it leaked a little bit out of my right leg opening. Luckily my mattress protector did its job and I simply washed my sheets after my spouse and I got out of bed. I am a little worried that the leak will impact me subconsciously and put me back a few steps, but that remains to be seen.

Anyways I think that’s probably enough for now. I feel like I’m definitely seeing some positive results even after just a little over one week of serious training, and am very happy with where I’m at currently. I can’t wait to see what the future holds as I continue on this journey! If anyone has any suggestions or questions for me or wants to chat about bedwetting and stuff lmk! 💜🌈🌸

A little update

I’ve been kind of half training for a while now, just getting comfortable peeing in my bed mostly. I was a bedwetter until I was almost a teen and it pretty much got beaten out of me so there’s a lot of trauma there.

Re-teaching myself that it’s simply okay to pee in the bed has been my first step. I started by standing next to my bed and peeing in my diaper, then touching my bed and peeing, into sitting up in bed and peeing. Now I can finally lay down and pee in my bed when diapered, but it still takes quite a bit of effort.

I decided last night I want to start training in earnest. So I drank quite a bit of water, then when I woke up needing to pee I just laid there fidgeting a bit and after a few minutes I was able to let go, still in a half-sleep state. Then I quickly went back to sleep.

This was my best attempt yet. Normally I have to fully wake up and shift quite a bit and it takes a while. I’m hoping I can continue to make progress and am definitely open to any advice or suggestions anyone might have!
