I prepare pretty well

But the other night I leaked really hard, though the mattress protector, then through my sheet, then through the second mattress protector, and now my mattress smells like pee 🙈

Guess I need to invest in waterproof sheets? Or maybe I just let my mattress smell like pee all the time?

How bedwetting changed my life 😊

So in addition to LOVING being a diaper dependent bedwetter I’ve found there are so many health benefits!

  1. I’m happy! This is the biggest one. I grew up traumatized by my experiences as a bed wetter. Some of my happiest moments of my childhood were when I was not chastised for wetting the bed.In finally stopped wetting when I was 12.

As an ABDL I had similarly struggled with shame and unhealthy cycles and denial.

When I started training to bed wet and making myself diaper dependent I unknowingly was healing a lot of my unresolved shame and baggage. Embracing a diaper and wetting the bed, and then celebrating it was like a light switch being flipped.

I’m great at this!! I’m a good bedwetter! I’m great at keeping myself diapered. I feel so proud of my connection to myself. And I’m proud to have started the bedwetter club, so now everyone can share and work toward their goals. This sub grows everyday and all I can think of is how happy all my little bedwetter friends are out there!

When your fantasy becomes your routine, there are other aspects of your ideal life that start coming true too. When your mind accepts that any dream can become a reality and you have the power to make yourself happy, even in your sleep, you unlock a very powerful version of yourself.

  1. I’m healthy! Not only am I happier and more grounded as a fully realized bedwetter: but I’m hydrated!!

I’m drinking more water than ever. I’ve had less headaches, better skin, healthier bowel movements, and I feel better! Especially in the morning. I like to drink alcohol and even when I’ve overdone it a hangover is very rare and mild.

In the morning instead of going straight to coffee I often finish my nighttime adult baby bottle next to my bed. Starting the morning with even more fluid, wetting several times, and giving my body a jump start of hydration (which has many substantial health benefits).

  1. Diaper dependency means staying in diapers. This is a part of my first point in some ways but I’m happier in diapers… but without the need, it’s easier to stop. When something makes you happy, your life is better. I work better now. I’m a better partner to my wife. I’m a better person! And that’s a result of allowing myself my diapers.

But out of shame I would stop. I’d run out of diapers and feel guilty about buying more and so I’d stop. Or I’d try and save what I had so I’d wear less. Or I’d just be lazy! I’d have a nighttime routine and then one day I’d just be too exhausted to put one on. All of which lead to me not being as happy. No diaper meant no ABDL time.

Now that I have trained myself to wet in my sleep I CANNOT stop. I NEED diapers before bed. I’m a bedwetting diaper wearer and if I don’t put one on I’m risking wet sheets, wet pjs, an upset wife; and an embarrassing, hassle of a situation. It’s no longer an option.

It’s like going to the gym except now you just can’t afford not to go. You’d be in the best shape of your life! And that’s where in at now. I’m turning my brain into a shameless efficient engine built to resolve my issues and concentrate on prioritizing my happiness, whether it’s convenient or not. And to me: that’s healthy.

  1. I’ve made a mental shift towards prioritizing my needs. For someone like me, who in the past would put themselves last, this is a big one. Now I’m doing just that even it’s hard work.

Prioritizing yourself IS NOT CONVENIENT. That’s a lesson I’ve learned and it’s taken me too long to learn that. Diapers are such a wonderful symbol of it. I’m better off and happier in my soggy diapers than not. Does that mean it’s easy? No! Is it cheap? No! Is it something I have to plan around? All the time! But it’s worth it!

In fact; as much as I’m a big baby… making these adjustments has been one of the most mature, adult decisions I’ve ever made. It’s what’s best for me.

Stay healthy bedwetter club! Stay diapered! Pad up! Drink up! And if you’re still training: stick with it!

Vacation!

Hey bedwetters!

I’m on my third vacation since I fully commit to being a bedwetter, and my first since I started this sub.

I definitely had to pack extra luggage to cart along all the diapering supplies! 10 BeddyByes and 10 overnight boosters! I also brought a diaper cover and a cloth diaper but I’ve been trying to take the advice of some experienced wetters here and not compress the disposable. I’m just leak conscious!

Anyway! 9 day trip. Will check back in.

What do your diapered vacations look like? How are we preparing for bedwetting at hotels?

Not sure if I wet bed last night but it sure is wet

Went to sleep last night in a very wet diaper, was wearing it since like 12 ish hours at that point and hadn't leaked yet. Woke up to diaper that feels wetter, and a wet bed so either I wet and it leaked or I squished out the wet onto the bed. Either way feel really good about it and thought you guys would like to hear about it. Stay wetting my fellow babs and have a great day.

Update and fun times

Hi everyone!

I kinda started my journey crazy! After reading the rules and guidelines in the community, I went strong the first couple of days and it’s starting to work! The other night, I was celebrating my raise from my job by wearing my diaper and having lots of water when all of the sudden my favorite drink came into the picture. Well long story short I was knocked out hard, but since I had drank the large amounts of water too, I was super soaked and I didn’t even wake up!! Can’t wait for my summer vacation and start wearing all the time!

Sticking to a routine

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been keeping up the same routine of drinking a whole tervis of water within an hour before bed and staying in a diaper for a few hours before bed so I go to sleep really comfortably in it and it’s really been working! I’ve been waking up wet more and more often. Do any of you have a routine you stick to before bed?

Training Methods

Just wanted to share some training methods I’ve been doing aside from the obvious like wearing every night and staying hydrated. Wet the bed until I was 14. I’m 39 now and trying to get back to it.

Bladder Relaxation Before Bed

When I’m lying in bed on my back I’m able to start peeing and after a while I can hold my bladder muscles in a relaxed and locked open state where I dribble out pee. When I first started doing this the muscles would eventually start to spasm and close back up but now it feels like I can do it indefinitely until I fall asleep. A few times it felt like I may have continued wetting for a significant period of time after falling asleep because my diaper was really full and a few times a woke up with my bladder muscles feeling like they were in this state but haven’t been able to do it consistently yet.

Always Wetting Even If I Leak

When I wake up I just wet no matter my position or how full my diaper is, instead of adjusting myself to maximize diaper absorption. Half the time this results in leaks, and half of those times there are still several hours before I actually get out of bed. It’s definitely reaffirming to normalize getting the bed wet and spend some time in it, even though I have a diaper on. Definitely brings me back.

Massage Gun

I recently used a massage gun all around my pelvic region to try to get all the muscles in the vicinity as relaxed as possible. No immediate obvious effect yet but boy does it feel like I’m getting closer. Body definitely feels closer to the extremely relaxed state I can recall feeling when waking up when I was a bed wetter. Planning to continue doing this for some time.

Can’t go when lying down

Heeeeelp 😭

I wanna be a bed wetter so bad!! I can wet when standing up, but if I’m lying down, it just doesn’t happen. Even if I really needa go, I just can’t wet myself.

Does anyone have any tips?

Do you consider yourself incontinent?

For those of you who have trained yourselves to wet the bed or a diaper unconsciously.

Nighttime ritual

It’s almost time for bed!

Here’s my ritual:

I usually try to pee after dinner and then start drinking more water.

I used to just hold it but I like to drink a lot of water before bed and I can’t if I’m too full. I don’t like when my bladder feels achey.

It feels counterintuitive but I try and pee an hour before bed and then just stay very hydrated.

Maybe a cocktail.
Always a can or two of seltzer.
A small glass of water sometimes.

Always a full 450 ml baby bottle.
And a second one in case I’m still thirsty, depending on how much I drank earlier.

I put on my ABDL diaper with an overnight booster. That gets wrapped in a rearz omutsu v2 cloth diaper. Then a waterproof cover.

Finally I put on a onesie (usually all white). Strap in a binky. Add a clip. Put on some short fuzzy pastel ruffle socks. And then I snuggle my stuffies.

I sleep with my legs on top of a pillow on my back. And my butt on a changing pad.

Every night.

I wake up soggy most mornings.

Sometimes I remember when I go.
Not always.

🥰

Anyone have a similar routine?

Status check

Morning!!

I woke up dry…

Just kidding! Totally soaked but I thought I was.

I really can’t tell in the morning and thought I hadn’t gone.

Stuck my hand down there… Soaked.

How could I have been so wrong?

Slept through the night. Truly had no clue.

My favorite.

What about you?

Welcome to Bedwetter Club

Welcome to Bedwetter Club.

Hello bedwetters (and wannabe bedwetters).

This is a space for people who wet the bed and want to.

No shame. No apologies. No pretending otherwise!

What we’re about:

We wear diapers.

We support each other.

We celebrate and reward progress, not hide it.

This isn’t a place for embarrassment.

It’s a place for honesty, comfort, and a little bit of rebellion against the idea that this has to be something to “fix.”

What you’ll find here:

Encouragement and accountability

Open conversations about methods, routines, and experiences

A community that actually gets it

What we don’t do:

Shame

Mock

Judge

ABDL-friendly. Inclusive. Respectful.

If this is your thing, you’re not alone anymore.

Welcome to the club pee pee pants 🌙

Love this page/group Ireland ???

Hi just came across this group, I’m 39M from Northern Ireland, I started off enjoying wetting myself many years ago, then tried diapers so I could wet without making a mess…. But I LOVE wetting the bed I’m no where near wetting without knowing about it, like many my partner doesn’t support it at all, also love catheters they are so nice for feeling proper incontience.

What I’ve been doing lately is waking up and pushing as much pee as I can for a short period so I don’t wet the bed too much, though I would love a proper wet bed with someone.

Anyone that would be close by I would love to chat here seems like such a ghost town for kink.

My new life

I got injured at work March 2025 and now I am diagnosed with bladder and bowel incontinence and I have to wear diapers 24 seven. But nothing has prepared me for waking up in a very well used and full diaper.
