Basically the title.

It’s been 3-4 months now I’m paying around 15-20k every month to satisfy myself but I want to stop this. (I had a fwb before that for almost 3 years)

I’m very frugal otherwise but this feeling of being horny always make me spend on this.

Whenever I’m horny i scroll nsfw reddit, i end up in the chats of sugar baby/prostitutes and invite them over.

Even tho i keep myself busy with work or gym i always find the time and place to do this.

Quick search says to go to therapist but i want to try to handle this some other way.
