Everyone wants adult mode, but I’m not sure everyone would accept what comes with it. If OpenAI ever launches real NSFW access, it probably won’t just be a simple toggle. There could be age verification, extra privacy questions, payment checks, account restrictions, maybe even a separate mode or tier.
And that’s where it gets complicated. Adult conversations are private. Very private. Would you actually trust ChatGPT with verified adult mode, or would you rather use smaller uncensored alternatives without linking your real identity?
