Has anyone had a past relationship with sis that was interrupted for a while, and then resumed normal relations? What's the solution? How can I take the step and bring back the past?

We used to do some things before 6-7 year daily and weekly but we stopped suddenly. I left my country for 4 years and now i came back.
3 years shes not living my mind. And now since i came back im addicted to her and idk how to get her.
