Curious about health issues

A lot of questions get asked about harmful effects of cigar smoking. We all know they aren’t good for you, but we don’t know how bad they are and how many or few can be smoked without serious concerns.

Does anyone here have or know someone who has had major health issues related to cigar smoking? My father had major mouth and throat cancer from smoking a pipe daily, all day for 25 years. I wonder what other anecdotal evidence is out there?

EDIT: To be clear, I’m not looking for studies, my curiosity was just based on how many of the 87k members of this sub have had or know someone who has had issues attributable to cigar smoking. If not, no need to comment.
