We’ve been in the lifestyle for over 2 years, we’ve been on & off Fab twice now, and have tried other apps too (they’re all the same) but it feels as if it has got harder to meet genuine people on there.

Not sure if it’s the people it attracts, the outdated website or the area we are from (South Wales). We get a lot of messages but it is incredibly difficult to meet people in our age bracket (early 20s)

Just wondered if there are others who have the same issues and ideally anyone around our age in a similar situation.

So for context we’re a bisexual MF(22) Couple, we’ve been in the lifestyle for 3 years (Yes, younger than what you typically see) but we’re experienced and we know what we do/don’t enjoy about the lifestyle.

I have wanted my girlfriend to go on a girls trip/night out and flirt with people, with the potential to go slightly further (kissing, soft touch, oral) unsure if I’d want her to go back with someone yet but I’d like to dip the toe in first. She really wants to explore it, and we have set things into motion by telling 2 of her close friends who she is going with about us in the lifestyle, they were shocked but intrigued by it all.

Personally I’m really hoping this makes things easier for her as she can worry less about the rest of the group seeing her chat/flirt with guys, her 2 friends are also single so I am really hoping this means they could potentially flirt but hopefully fuck people together, and when abroad anything goes and her friends have a history of being open to those scenarios, so it’s not completely unrealistic.

This is still new territory for us, but she has been on nights out previously and flirted with guys which I am completely fine and comfortable with. We are also using the term “open relationship” despite it not really being an open relationship (we don’t date others) it’s just easier to explain it like that for people to accept.
There’s a lot more to it and what I’d like for us to explore with this dynamic but too much for this one post, maybe I’ll post another.
