Has anyone here built the rope8rose multifunctional bench?

I really like the design, but I’m not finding many posts from people who have actually built it. Before I go down this road, I’d love to hear some real-world feedback from anyone who has completed one.

I’m pretty handy and likely have most of the tools I’d need, but my time is valuable, so I want to make sure the plans and final result are worth the effort.

A few things I’m most curious about:

How much did it cost in materials?
How long did the build take?
Were the plans clear, or were there parts you had to figure out on your own?
How practical is setup and breakdown in real use?
What type of 3" lumber did you use?
What do you wish you had known before starting?
Would you build it again, and are there any modifications you’d recommend?
