I've tried nearly every major milker, and one major issue with all of them is that keeping the receiver on can be frustratingly difficult. Later milkers such as the Nimble and the Glide attempted to remedy this by offering better seals, but this only partially fixed the issue. Some other gimmicky accessories, including ones made by Autoblow, were also introduced, but they never felt intuitive to use.

Until this one.

This is a total game changer. It's the first accessory I've tried that actually prevents the receiver from flying into space while still allowing movement. Best of all, you can just lie back and relax (mostly; see below). Assembly is very straightforward, and it's not very expensive.

Essentially, the cock mount is attached in a manner similar to a strap-on and allows the receiver to travel up and down a pair of rods connected to the harness. The concept is simple, but it appears to work as intended.

Still, it's not flawless.

So far, I've noticed two issues. First, this only appears to work with receivers made by Autoblow. If you have a custom Venus receiver, it's not guaranteed to fit, and I wouldn't try to force it since you could risk breaking the attachment clip (and you only get one, so don't lose it!).

Second, while strapping the device on isn't overly complicated, it does require a fairly firm strap to ensure the plate rests securely against your crotch/body. The milking action also seems to work best when you're lying fairly flat. Otherwise, it feels as though the mechanism doesn't function as effectively. It's not terribly difficult to lie flat, and this is still a million times less hassle than trying to milk without it, but it's not perfect.

I'd say this product is pretty much mandatory. I'll never use a milker without it again.

A regular milking receiver feels nice and all, but one major shortcoming is that it applies vacuum uniformly across the entire penis, which isn’t really how most blowjobs work in real life. What I’d really love to see, and so far haven’t seen anyone actually make, is a special type of receiver or accessory that focuses specifically on the head of the penis, such as the glans, corona, or frenulum.

I’m honestly surprised this doesn’t exist yet. The closest thing I’ve seen is the head massager used by the Venus, but it’s not quite what I’m talking about, and it also doesn’t work very well with fully erect penises.

I admit I’m not entirely sure how the mechanics would work in practice, but perhaps something like a dual-stage or multi-layered receiver could achieve it. For example, the first half could function more like a regular sleeve without suction, while a second opening farther inside would lead into a dedicated chamber where the actual suction is applied specifically around the sensitive areas near the head.

Please make this happen!

It would be a game changer if they did. When you buy a Venus, for example, they let you include your measurements so that it fits you exactly. That accessory that narrows the hole can help, but it changes the feeling too much for my taste, and it sometimes falls off, so it's not 100% reliable.

IMO, something like a 'made-to-order' custom sleeve would be a massive improvement. They wouldn't need to provide custom tubes, just sleeves.

What the title says. Does shortening the hose (e.g. cutting off parts of it) make the suction stronger in a meaningful way? I'd interesting in experimenting with different lengths, but this might require buying additional hoses, and I'd rather not waste money on that unless there is a meaningful difference.
