As you can see I am a DAZ fan, so don't come at me

1. Being a DIK: I don't think this'll ever change, it is the GOAT AVN, it has everything, from phenomenal writing, great music, amazing characters, great humour etc, I could go on about BaD for a full post.

2. Law School: Another pick that hasn't changed, maybe a bit controversial having it so high, however, I started this while on my last year at University in late 2025 and was my 3rd ever AVN after BaD and Leap of Faith so it always stuck with me, also has my favourite character in all of AVN in Aurora.

3. The Missing Part: Don't think any AVN hits the emotions anywhere close to the Missing Part, incredible writing, pacing, the scenes and flashbacks are phenomenal, Ella and Madelyn are two of my favourite ever AVN characters. The LI's while not super standoutish in their own right are all 3 great LI's.

4. Leaving DNA: Another AVN where I think the pacing might be slow for some, really looks you with its story, the mystery behind it and I think in my opinion, the AVN with the best MC in all of AVN. Also Jamie Carrington duh.

5. Strangers on Paper: I think the romance and writing for the relationships in both paths of this game are just great, Becca and Amy are both great LI's (Becca stands out for me much more though). I didn't think I'd like this game this much but Becca has really jumped into my top LI lists right away.

6. Formula Zero: Recency bias for both 5 and 6 maybe? But, I am a massive sports fan, not a big F1 fan, but I love the game, the concept, the characters and I think this AVN has massive massive potential.

7. Artemis: The single most recommended game when I did my last list, it might seem low, but I am not a massive fan of Sci-Fi type stories in general anyways, so the fact that this story hooked me as much as it did, proves how incredible it is. Humour is amazing, characters are amazing, writing is great. The only knock on it might be the early chapters renders and even then, it didn't turn me off to it at all, I seriously don't care much about it. I think the reason it's only 7 is probably still the fact that I am still not the biggest Sci-Fit type fan in general.

8. Eternum: If you have followed any of my posts, you know I don't really like HS AVN's if anything, it often puts me off to a lof of them with only Eternum and Pale Carnations being the 2 I would consider being a fan of. However, with Eternum its impossible not to like, the HS designs is the best and most polished I think in any HS AVN and the story is great and the characters especially are just incredibly likeable, shout out to my guy Cheng and Alex one of the goats. Again similar to Artemis, I think the Sci-Fi aspects leave it a bit lower than what most people would place it under.

9. Yesterday's Crossroads: The same feeling I have for Strangers on Paper is with Yesterday's Crossroads, the way the relationships feel, the characters in the game and just the relationship building I feel with this game felt so nice when I played it. Honestly feel as though all the LI's in this game are great too.

10. Leap of Faith: The first AVN I ever played, I have to include it, the emotion, the story, Cece especially is what got me into AVN's in the first place. I lowkey think U4IA is an improvement, but I'll wait for it to be complete before deciding which one I truly like better.

Not sure what took me so long to play Strangers on Paper, so excited to hear there's an update soon, but I really enjoy the fact that even after 8 months of playing AVN's, I find new ones I didn't try that I find incredible.

1. Strangers on Paper: Becca: Can't believe I didn't play this game until now, really enjoy the writing, pacing and general feel of this game. Becca stood out to me much more than Amy even after playing both paths, don't get me wrong, I love Amy's character and fuck her tool of a fiance, but Becca just feels right. Plus, I'm a sucker for a broken girl! Also do y'all prefer Blonde Becca or Blue Hair Becca tell me your thoughts, it's close, I'm gonna go with Blue though, makes her stand out more.

2. Formula Zero: Emma: Another game I literally just finished playing last night, really enjoying the story and all the characters tbh. However, Emma stands out the most I think she's an awesome character and her bond with the MC just feels so natural. Really hoping the next chapter we get some actual romancing with her haha**. Have to also shout out Eve from Formula Zero, really like her character too!**

3. What We Left Behind - Valerie: The prologue for this game just came out but I was pleasantly surprised by it, didn't think I was going to enjoy it but I actually thought it was decent. My favourite character has to be Valerie but to anyone who's played this knows the choice is a fruitless one given what happens in the prologue lol.

Some of my Favourite Games Had Updates Recently and these are the Characters Who Stood out the Most in My Opinion. (No Spoilers)

I haven't done a post like this in a while smh, forgot how fun it is! Works been too busy but at least I still have time to play these games!

1. The Missing Part - Update June 6 - Stand Out Character - Madelyn Palmer - Just a fucking incredible game, incredible emotion, writing, feel, playing this update however, Madelyn just sticks out like she owns the game genuinely, don't think there's a better character in the game now. Love the ending with Sarah, I think Sarah again passes Lisa as the best LI. We'll see how much of Madelyn in the future we get as a potential LI? Without spoiling, I think the seeds have been planted.

2. Leaving DNA - Update May 13 - Stand Out Character - Jamie Carrington - Come on, it has to be, I won't spoil anything that happens in these updates, but if you're a fan of Jamie, you eat well in this episode lol!

3. Move the Chains - Update May 11 - Stand Out Character - Parker Mills - I guess with the amount of LI's in the game, it's been hard to really have a true standout in terms of all around content (Needs to have more Diana content). I made a post talking about how good looking Parker's character model is in my best face card post, she really stands out in this episode since she seems to have gotten a ton of the focus.

4. Artemis - Update June 16 - Stand Out Character - Artemis - As the namesake for the game, you probably would've expected Artemis to be the best character in the most recent update especially when we've I guess only been truly introduced to her much later than everyone else, so much emotion out of a clanker?? No but for real, I really enjoyed this update.

5. Moonlight - Update May 29 - Stand Out Character - Charlie - I had trouble picking my favourite LI in the first 2 episodes with Charlie and Max, however, in this episode, I have to go with Charlie as my new favourite, just love her character.

Sorry for the lack of devlog last week, but I figured there wasn't that much to talk about.

I'm finally settled into my new place. It took longer than I expected to get back to work, since I only really got back to it yesterday.

All my equipment survived the move, and so did my back, so I'm grateful for that. I'm still missing a few things here and there, but we're getting there. The grind can finally resume.

I didn't get the chance to do much 3D in one day, but I still did my best to get the machine going again. The heat here is crazier than it was in Ireland, mostly because my office is much smaller now and the temperatures are higher. I'm in the middle of changing my night schedule so I can work later, when things cool down outside and I can vent the room properly.

So, I think I'll need a few more days to settle into this new rhythm.

On the bright side, I've successfully written the remainder of the episode. All the scenes are ready for me to render now. There's one LEWD scene left, and I haven't written the LEWD part yet since I want to improvise it off the top of the dome, but the other 8 scenes are all written.

There are two big scenes, which include a lot of flashbacks, but aside from that, they're regular scenes. Bigger than usual, of course, since we're getting to the end of the episode and I'm tying things up, but still regular scenes.

Anyway, let's talk numbers:

Overall, this episode is almost 1.5 times the size of Episode 4 in terms of dialogue. It's also my biggest 'Law School' episode yet.

I've got 8 scenes, 1 cutscene, and 1 LEWD scene left before moving on to postwork. It took longer to get there than I thought, but my dumbass decided to add LEWDs, cutscenes, and other stuff I can't reveal yet, so of course it did.

Oh well, we ball.

The one good thing in all of this is that my render rigs are running 24/7 now, and that's pretty damn dope. Not being pressured by render times is going to help a lot.

I should finish the next two scenes during this week and then get started on the cutscene. I'm hoping I won't spend more than a week on the cutscene, and then I'll move on to the rest of the episode.

Anyway, that was it for this devlog.

Thank you all for your patience over the last two weeks. This move came at the wrong time development-wise, but it was necessary, and I did it as fast as I could.

Last week sure has been busy, but great.

First of all, I’d like to thank everyone who voted for Law School in the GameStoryLog Awards. We won two awards: Favourite Game of 2025 (Jury Vote) and Most Awesome Cutie Patootie Dev (me).

It means a lot to me, guys. Thanks for your support and your votes!

Aurora also got a whopping second place as Favourite Love Interest, which is why she made this week’s devlog cover. Clearly not because I don’t have a render of Elsa to show *cough-cough*.

Anyway, to start things off, I received part of the RAM I ordered. I’m still missing two sticks for the main computer, which are currently stuck at customs. The reason I’m mentioning this is because the main reason I bought it was that one of my rendering rigs kept crashing. I replaced the RAM hoping it would fix the issue, but it didn’t.

A friend of mine has the same issue: black screens followed by the computer freezing and needing a manual restart. It happened once or twice a day over the last two weeks, then it happened six times yesterday.

I looked it up online, and after a few Hail Mary attempts to fix it, it came down to three possibilities:

• Both our GPUs are defective. Very unlikely.
• Windows Update messed something up and needs a fresh install. Most likely.
• The motherboard is dead. Likely, but not as likely as Windows.

I’m going to replace the 5090 today with a 4090 to see if I can run it without issues. If it still crashes, that means the GPU is fine, thank God. This is a bit bothersome because my queues are very, very full, but I can’t really help hardware malfunctions and troubleshooting. It always takes time, and with three PCs, it’s bound to happen eventually.

This has been the major setback of the week. I also had to deal with some IRL stuff, but other than that, I was locked in.

I’m now working on the final scene of this event. It splits into two different endings, one of which I’ve completed, and I’m now moving to the LEWD part of this scene. I hope to be done by the end of this week. I cannot wait to move on to the first scene of Day 3.

This week has been quite tough for me. Depending on the player’s choices, drama unfolds. Girls get hurt, MC gets hurt, or the girls are happier and relationships progress. It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions for me, and I didn’t expect it to hit me like that.

But I guess that makes for a good story!

That’s an extra 212 renders since last week. It’s been quite some time since I hit that 200 milestone, and I love it. I was locked in, and I hope this week yields the same result in terms of animations.

Because I have an idea in mind for the size of the last day, based on the scenes and events, I can now see a date in mind for finishing the 3D part of this episode. It’s still too early to talk about a potential release date, but I’m going to do my best to let you know as soon as we get closer.

But anyway, I think that’s it for this week. I’m excited to work on this LEWD and finally put it behind me. I need to move the story forward, and that’s exactly what this third day is for.

1. Yesterday's Crossroads - Michelle and Julia - I saw u/Beneficial-Unit-5961 post about this about a week ago and decided to play it, not sure how I never heard about it until now. Amazing game, amazing visuals, amazing story, amazing LI's. Michelle is my favourite, I absolutely love her characters and interactions with the MC. I also really like Julia too, the story of her abusive ex really makes you want to do right by her. This game does well by making all the LI's seem like LI's you don't mind being with even when you have a favourite.

2. Tune in to the Show - Diana - I think this game has such an interesting concept, decent visuals and beautiful LI's. It may not be the best written but the replayability on it seems quite high, I like all the characters but the LI who stood out the most to me was Diana and how sweet she is.

3. Getting Intimate - Valerie and Beth - I like these characters for 2 different reasons, Valerie seems like a great potential friend to lover story and with Beth, I liked the explanation of her backstory and her family being in a cult which resulted in her fame because of her psycho mother. Honestly a very beautiful AVN with a decent story but it's been fun to play. Another one for the record books that will take 2 decades to complete tho lol.

4. Her Other Side - Jessica - I've already talked about this AVN in a separate post so won't explain too much but I'm a sucker for 2nd chances in AVN's, I feel with Jessica there can be a lot of depth to her character in future episodes.

5. High Desire - Ruby and Keira - I also talked about this AVN in the same post as Her other Side. I feel this is similar to why I like the characters in Getting intimate, with Ruby, she's the perfect friend/childhood friend and it seems her and the MC belong together. Her background story is also one that's super sad so she does have a lot of depth to her character as well which is why she's my favourite. Keira is adorable and still the biggest mystery LI in the entire game which is the most intriguing part about her.

6. Star College - Violet and Sima - Yes this AVN is a massive AI slop fest or at least it looks like it is at times. I did still enjoy playing it though. Violet I started to like mainly to fuck over that loser at the beginning of the game. Sima I really started to like because she's quite bitchy and I'm a sucker for a bitchy LI. The last part in the most recent update and finding out about her past really drew me to her too.

Leaving DNA's new update was incredible, I thought it was easily the best update by any big game this year.

Maybe biased because >!As a Jamie Fan, this was the best!<

EDIT: For anyone who hasn't played, I hadn't played Leaving DNA until about a month or two ago, it has quickly become one of my favourite AVN's ever, the story is great, it has great characters and an MC you want to cheer for. One of the easiest recommends ever.

Last week was pretty great, honestly, despite a rough start.

The AIO in my work rig is almost dead. It’s making weird rattling sounds, so I had to order a replacement. On top of that, the LEWD scene I was working on had an issue, and I had to reopen a bunch of renders to fix a skin texture, then a prop.

Thankfully, Tako helped me midway through, and I found a way to automate the changes without reopening every scene, but I still lost a few hours on it.

Still, I managed to finish the LEWD scene, which means the second freeroam of this event is now officially done. I've also completed the two scenes that made for the regular vn route 2, and I’m now moving on to the conclusion of the event.

This is the final part of the event, which is already 1,650 renders big, by the way.

The conclusion can go in different directions depending on the player’s playstyle and decisions up until now. That means a lot of variations for me, so I’m not sure yet how many renders will be needed there.

The conclusion also ends with a LEWD, so that will be quite a bit of work. I’m going to try to get it done before the end of the month, but it’s going to be close. I’m trying to be realistic here, and a release in June seems... compromised, as of right now.

But we keep it pushing!

So that’s a total of +173 renders and +13 animations since last week. I’m very happy with those numbers, honestly.

I tried to get a little wild with the poses used in the LEWD, and I think it made for a very erotic scene, which I’m pleased with. After that, I just hammered through renders. I was a bit tired by Saturday, so I took it easy. I have a lot of writing to do today, I'm going to try and take it easy on the 3d work, and really layout the remaining of this conclusion event so that I can have a more accurate idea of how many renders are needed.

I’m genuinely looking forward to finishing this event. I’ve seen the MC wearing the same outfit for far too long, and I miss working with certain characters and environments.

1. Aurora - Law School - In terms of what I'm looking for in a character, Aurora is the tip top and its why she's my favourite LI in all of AVN. Gorgeous, Fierce, Good Backstory and Character Development, Amazing Chemistry with Everyone, Charismatic and Confident, Intelligent, ETC, there's a reason why she's the most popular girl in Law School and the reason IMO she's the best LI in all of AVN.

2. Josy - Being a DIK - If we're talking strictly LI's for me it has to be Josy, I think she has the best features and face card of any LI in AVN history. The only two characters who I think are physically prettier are both not LI's (Lane from Grey Dream and Jacklyn from Dreamland)

3. Elspeth - Unbroken - It has to be Elspeth, I just don't think a single character stands out in literally every single scene they're in like Elspeth does, the Aura is unmatched fr.

4. Sage - Being a DIK - I think Sage is the epitome of this, she's not only charismatic with the MC, but she has that same chemistry and aura with almost every character she interacts with.

5. Cece - Leap of Faith - Leap of Faith is as much if not more Cece's game than the MC's game. Her path, her story is what got me into playing AVN's, I never thought I'd be that emotionally connected to a character in a visual novel ever.

6. Leslie - Westview Academy - Just the biggest of sweethearts as well as being one of the most innocent characters in all of AVN. It does help that she's one of my favourite LI's.

7. Kindra - Artemis - I mean it has to be Kindra she also could've been under humour.

8. Katie - Where the Heart Is - If you've ever played this game you know the banter between her and the MC is just unmatched lol.

9. Mallory - Chasing Sunsets - Mallory's introduction and backstory in Chasing Sunsets immediately made me realize I was going to pick her regardless of the direction the rest of the game looked to go.

Last week was pretty damn productive. I'm finally working on the final LEWD scene of this freeroam.

The scene I was doing just before that ended up getting way bigger than it was supposed to (How bizarre!) and at this point, this second freeroam section of the event is already as big as the first one, and I'm still not done with the LEWD scene.

That said, things are looking good. This LEWD scene is turning out really well, and I've been having a lot of fun working on the adult content lately. I've been letting myself go a bit more with it and using the excuse of, "They're drunk, they're young, they're partying, it works." Still, I do have to remind myself to tone it down sometimes, otherwise you'd all be seeing some truly unhinged stuff in these LEWDs. The good part is that I'm giving myself that freedom because I'm feeling more and more comfortable with my animations.

This latest LEWD scene is a good example of that, so I'm excited to see how the rest of it turns out. I still have 5 more animations to pose before it's done, so hopefully I can wrap those up by Wednesday and finish the remaining renders on Thursday.

Other than that, I received the new Miss E song, and it's a banger. I'm really happy with this one.

That's 173 extra renders and 7 extra animations since last week, which is a pretty solid week overall. I've had to deal with a lot of IRL stuff lately, but that should finally start calming down. Honestly, the timing is perfect, because we're slowly entering the final weeks of this dev cycle. I never made it to the 30th devlog in a Law School cycle before, and I'd like to keep that a habit .

I'll need to do some writing on Thursday, but I'm pretty confident I can finish the conclusion of this event within the next 10 days or so. After that, I'll move on to the final LEWD scene of the day. Once that's done, I'll feel a whole lot better, because we'll finally be moving on to DAY 3, and I can't wait to work with characters I haven't seen in some time.

Which LI/Character do you think Improves the most from their Introduction, to where they are now?

This can be anything you want, whether for you it's as a character, it's physically, it's a recent update that caught your eye, which character/LI in your favourite games, would you say improves the most.

My Picks:

1. Lily - Being a DIK - I've said it before, I don't think any character in any AVN has gotten better and better with every update as well as Lily has in Being a DIK, her path in Episode 12 is now my 2nd most anticipated after Zoey and that's just down to how incredible she's been as a character from Episode 7 and beyond, she really was the best character in Episode 11 in my opinion.

2. Ines - Unbroken - I feel like from her introduction, I didn't think I'd like her as much as I do now, she really just steals VI's thunder the more you see of her, she's honestly such a great character. (Elspeth still the best imo)

3. Zara - Summer's Gone - Maybe it's just me, but I didn't understand the Zara hype apart from the fact she was gorgeous in Season 1, I think her character does obviously get better towards the 2nd half of Season 1, but the way her character leaps in Season 2 and how adorable her relationship with the MC becomes makes her path totally worth playing. (Bella still by far the best imo)

4. Dahlia - Eternum - I feel like most people I've seen post on here or even comment don't have Dahlia as there #1 in Eternum, myself included. However, the last 2 updates had her leapfrog a ton of characters for me and for me has improved the most from her introduction to now.

There's definitely a bunch more for me but these were the 4 off the top of my head.

1. High Desire - Didn't go into this AVN knowing anything about it, saw it had an update so decided to play it. Man am I fucking glad I did, I think this game is funny, has meaningful LI's with varying pasts/personalities all of whom are actually interesting and makes you want to pursue them. Not sure who my favourite is since I like all the LI's, I would say Ruby, Keira and then Stella are my top 3 in that order. Do wish the relationship building was quicker though, this game has had 4 updates since 2023, is on Episode 3, but a lot of the relationships seem somewhat stagnant or non existent which is slightly worrying. The cinematics are also incredible, overall a great game highly recommend! Just had an update recently

2. Her Other Side - Played this right after High Desire, the renders are great, the concept for the game is super interesting, plus the MC seems like a nice guy who just keeps getting caught up in a shit storm lmfao. I think this game has a ton of potential, really interested to see where it goes since the story is honestly a good concept. I do feel for Jessica, but it's weird how she doesn't tell the MC her issues lol. Halley seems like a keeper though fr. Also has some really good music too. Very very early in development though and I think it literally just came out a few days ago.

Part 2 of the best "Face Cards" in AVN in my opinion (1 Per AVN)

I've done a similar post in the past so I will try not to pick the same games as I did before.

My picks

1. Lane - The Grey Dream - Not a great AVN, still enjoyed it though, I think Greyvale is a major improvement on this game though, Lane however is incredibly beautiful might be the best face card in all of AVN with Jacklyn from Dreamland, she's not an LI, may be one if the game has a second season but I think the devs should focus solely on Greyvale Rivalry.

2. Jacklyn - Dreamland - The only repeat game because In my opinion Jacklyn is the best looking character in all of AVN along with Lane plus I had to vent my frustration on the new update since it pissed me off. MAJOR SPOILERS FROM THE RECENT UPDATE >!sadly we won't ever see her as an LI or probably again in the game since she dies in a Car Accident in a flashback in the recent update!<

3. Luna - Eternum - I'm not the biggest of HS style AVN fan, apart from Eternum and Pale Carnations, this one was such a tossup between Luna and Alex, it came down to the eyes in the end and I got to go with Luna.

4. Bree - Summer Heat - Not sure how I forgot this game on my last version of this post, it was a toss up between Sophie and Bree for me here since they look really similar, ultimately, I had to pick Bree.

5. Jaye - Chasing Sunsets - While I prefer Mallory, there's no looking past how gorgeous Jaye is. I think Tara could also definitely be the pick here.

6. Parker - Move the Chains - Was tempted to put Yuna or Kara here too, but in terms of looks, it has to be Parker, she's barely in the game so far though.

7. Dr. Riley - Elmwood University - Best looking character in the game, hoping for a scene with her in the next update please and thank you. (Ella the best tho)

8. Jamie - Leaving DNA - She's more cute than anything, but man she has become one of my favourite characters and I'm hoping this latest update next week does her justice.

9. Bolter/Sasha - City of Broken Dreamers - A lot of good picks from this game, Chandra is a good pick here, so is Victoria but I had to go with Sasha.

10. Julia - Game of Hearts - Best girl and also love everything about her look, eyes, hair, skin colour all perfect fr.

11. Afina - Broken Promises - Another game with a ton of good picks, had to go with Afina here, it's not just her looks but the tattoos and everything that get you fr. Kylie and Eveline are also up there for sure.

12. Amber - Greyvale Rivalry - I feel like with this game only having 1 episode it's hard to narrow it down, from the characters in Episode 1, Amber stands out the most physically, you also get to have a threesome with her and her friend at the party so it helps sway opinion.

13. Sapphire - Origin Story - Another one that was tough, a bunch of good picks here, Ruth, Evelyn, Amber, Meredith, but I had to go with Sapphire, them blue eyes and that blue hair is a killer combo.

14. Rosalind - Pale Carnations - Might be the unpopular pick, but in terms of looks I do think Rosalind looks the best.

Haven't played House of Hearts yet, but Ceryl or Brie from what I've seen are fucking gorgeous.

Last week went about as well as I hoped, even though I kept modifying the scene I was working on, and adding more content to it. Right now, I’m working on the last scene of this second freeroam before moving on to the LEWD scene. Since I redesigned it, changed a few things around, and then kept adding content on top of that, the scope got a little out of hand. Besides, it's got a lot of very complicated poses, that I really have to pay attention to and craft from the ground up, so although it looks good, I spend twice as much time per pose as I usually do, if not more. I’m hoping I’ll be able to finish it by tomorrow.

I took Saturday off for personal reasons, but I still managed to put up some decent numbers this week. Things are moving along pretty steadily.

Even though I usually improvise these scenes, this upcoming LEWD scene is already written, and I have a good idea, or at least a rough estimate, of how many animations and renders it’ll take to complete. I’m almost positive it won’t be done before the middle of next week, but we’ll see.

First, I decided to delete one of the scenes from this second freeroam. It didn’t really serve much purpose beyond giving one LI some points, and it only happened if you were on the personality path and had made a certain choice in Episode 4. In the end, it just felt out of place. I decided to give players another way to earn those points instead, and I like it much better this way.

Secondly... 3,000 renders! Yay! +179 renders since last week.
Okay, enough celebration.

Judging by how things are going, we’re probably going to hit 4k renders for this update, so maybe no celebration just yet. I need to get moving and finish this event within the next three weeks. There are about 1,250 renders done so far for this Halloween party, and I originally predicted around 1,700 to 1,800 total. That means I’ve got three weeks to do around 500 more renders and finish two LEWD scenes. It’ll be tough, but not impossible.

I also have a cutscene planned right after this event, so during those same three weeks I’ll need to coordinate with voice actors and everything else, so it’s going to be busy.

As it stands right now, a June release is looking more and more complicated, but you never know. As soon as I’m out of this event and back at Stocklinburg, I think I’ll start feeling better about things. I’ve talked about scene fatigue before, but I don’t think I’ve ever run into environment fatigue until now. I really need to get away from this mansion, its complicated lighting setup, the ridiculous Halloween event stuff, and the constant DAZ crashes I keep dealing with.

Which Half of These Popular Throuples Do You Prefer If You Had to Choose One?

That's the question, you can only pick 1 girl of the throuple, which character do you prefer?

1. Josy or Maya - Being a DIK - This one is so hard, I think Maya is the better overall character, I think Josy is the better LI and has more chemistry with the LI and I prefer her more as an LI. With Maya though she has an unbelievable friendship with the MC. Tough one but I have to go with Josy. I do think however, I would never do a solo path of either girl, if I have to break up with one or the other, the only way I'd play their solo paths is if I'm on the other's path and retain feelings for either or.

2. Heidi or Athena - Bare Witness- I have never ever played either's individual path because I feel they should always be together. I am not choosing between them they are so unbelievably tied in my mind LOL.

3. Jaye or Mallory - Chasing Sunsets - Jaye will probably be the overwhelming favourite here, I have to say I am a Mallory fan myself and will be picking Mallory lol.

4. Layla or Elena - Intertwined - Not technically a throuple as of yet, does make sense that it could be one in the future updates, if I had to pick personally I would go with Layla, she obviously has much more scenes than Elena so it helps since you feel more connected to her than Elena.

5. Lisa or Jade - Become a Rockstar - Another tough one, this is an awesome throuple that actually works, if I had to pick one though, I think I'd go with Jade only because I prefer her more reserved personality lol.

6. Lea or Danielle - Dreamland - This is my guilty pleasure AVN, will always enjoy it even if I shittalk it's story lol, I prefer neither fuck them both but if I'm forced to pick I'll pick Lea because Danielle tries to help that weird fuck Alex.

7. Lexi or Holly - Leap of Faith - Only played this path once, I always play Cece's path and like the friendship with MC and Holly, (even though she tries to kiss him) I would go with Holly mainly for aesthetic reasons.

My answer: It's unfair for me to judge these AVN's since I only started playing AVN's towards the end of October/Early November last year. Almost every game on this list I started in 2026 except for Summer's Gone, Unbroken and Race of Life those I started at the end of 2025.

I think all 3 of those game's updates in my opinion weren't as good as I was hoping for. I do understand how much work goes into it but I thought the 3 updates could've been better considering how long each update took to product compared to their previous update.

In my opinion though, the best update from this list is definitely Episode 4 of The Missing Part, it may be the best episode in the entire game for me.

Biggest disappointment for me has to be Summer's Gone, I feel like the writing was just a mess. I still thought it was decent, but the amount of time it took to produce that was mad disappoiting. I've noticed I also like Bella more than I like the game itself lmfao.

Which LI/Character's Do You Hope Have The Happiest of Endings?

There's a crazy amount of characters who deserve the happiest of endings, these were just the 5 off the top of my head.

1. Maya - Being a DIK - I chose Maya because in my opinion, I feel her and the MC's friendship is the best and purest in the entire game, whether you're on her path or not. I feel with all the shit she's been through in her life, I hope she gets the happiest of endings again whether you're on her path, or whether you remain friends with her. Rio would be another good pick here, so would Lily, so would almost all the LI's lets be real lol, but I had to go with Maya.

2. Aurora - Law School - This was hard, for me it was such a tossup between Taylor potentially starting her own family with MC and it being closure for >!her parents death!< or Miranda's illness either getting better and reliving her dream or just living a happy life with MC regardless of the illness. However, I picked Aurora because she's the one character in the game who doesn't have anyone who truly has her back like the MC does, For me, this is my canon ending so I just hope they have a happy ending together as a couple, kids, lawyers marriage the whole shebang.

3. MC and Bella - Summer's Gone - Just two trauma filled individuals who really need each other, this game will never get finished or at least not this century loll but I truly hope if it does we give them the happiest of endings possible.

4. Diana - Move the Chains - I prefer Yuna as the LI, plus there's still the grey area of Diana and the MC being too close at times where it feels like siblings since they technically foster siblings. However, the shit she's been put through and dealt with because of the MC, makes you root for her and I hope she has her own happy ending with the MC. Another one that's a major worry about if the AVN will ever get finished.

5. MC - The Missing Part - The real number 1 character in all of AVN who I think we collectively just want to find genuine happiness for all the shit he's dealt with.

So, last week turned out pretty nice. It had a moderate start, but a great finish. I’d say I’m back to my normal pace now. Whether it was scene fatigue, stress, or flirting a little too much with burnout for too long, I think it’s behind me for now.

I managed to create about 90 renders throughout the weekend, which is great. I decided to take it easy at the beginning of the week, and that was probably the smart call. It started with a tough scene to set up, especially lighting-wise, and then I wanted to do something a little special with it, which forced me to put some restrictions on myself. It was tricky, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

All in all, pretty satisfied.

This second freeroam has 6 different scenes and a LEWD scene. I’ve completed two of them, and I’m almost done with the third one. I think it should be finished either today or tomorrow. After that, the next 3 scenes are all smaller than the ones I’ve done so far, and then finally comes the LEWD scene. That one is a rather big one, since there’s a lot of character bonding beforehand.

I’m hoping I can get all of that done between this week and the next before moving on to the final part of this Halloween event.

Close to 170 renders since last week. It's pretty nice, still a little short of what I usually do, but I think this week will bring better numbers.

I also had to rewrite one of the smaller scenes after coming up with a better idea. It felt more suited to the characters and their temperaments, and the first version was a little too close to another scene I had already written, so that’s a double win in my book. I’m looking forward to working on that scene now.

Other than that, I’ve ordered a new custom song for Miss E for this episode, which is pretty dope. I should receive it tomorrow.

Progress is good. Those last 2-3 weeks were a little rough, but I’d say we’re finally back on track.

I don’t think I’ll break 3k renders before the end of this month, but it should happen in time for the next devlog. The fact that it’s soon to be May is crazy scary. I’m still hoping to maintain my June release, but if I could stop adding content, that would definitely make things easier lol.

I also wanted to mention that some guys on my server have been organizing contests for a few weeks now, and this week it's a hand-drawn drawings of characters from Law School. Over paint, or in real life, or whatever, really. We’ve received a few already, and I’m not sure what yet, but I’ll try to come up with a prize for the winner. The winner will be decided this Saturday in VC.
