How often do you think caregivers for disabled people or parents of bedwetters unintentionally end up purchasing ABDL diapers or related products because of their quality and performance, without realising they’re fetish items?

I know of at least one example - my best friend, who is ABDL and works in adult care told me that the family of one resident buys Tykables products because they’re the only nappies that reliably prevent leaks for that person.
