I got told I have molluscum cogeniosum by a dermatologist last month and they prescribed me that cream I’ve been using it everyday and night like they said it has been rubbing on that part down there it started off inflamed at first it doesn’t hurt it’s just been healing like a normal scab I need help.

I went to the derm sometime last month and got checked they said it was molluscum I’ve been using this cream to clean it up and it’s been helping slightly I’m probably going to get cryo but these red scabs appeared it says when molluscum is going away it gets inflamed and drys up and goes away but in the 2nd pic I’m starting to think it’s hsv it doesn’t feel like anything to the touch and I haven’t been having any feeling but they did say if I use the cream to often it could burn.
