Hi all,

currently working on scheduling my meta with UL & hysterectomy/vaginectomy.

My sister's wedding is 1/23/27, and I want to be able to participate and enjoy it with minimal accommodation and pain.

I am planning on going with Dr. Kent in MA, who told me during our consult in June that she usually scheduled ~6 months ahead - now her team is telling me that Feb is "too far ahead" and that I should reach out to them again in Oct.

I'm still waiting to hear back from them regarding earliest available OP dates, but I also wanted to ask others for their experience - how long of gaps between surgery & a large event (say, a wedding) would you say are ideal, desirable, or required, to be able to participate in those events fully?
