How to avoid getting friendzoned in talking stage

The stage between getting the number of a girl and hitting the first milestone of a relationship is probably the hardest part to me, so i want to ask you all, how do you avoid getting friendzoned or canceled in that stage? Do you keep it flirty?if yes then how? Or perhaps you keep it normal and casual? In general how do you create the sexual attraction in the talking stage and from that point how do you take things to another level?

I also want to ask this question from women, what kind of man, behaviour or trait gets instantly friendzoned for you?

HELP: I try to comprehend and help TOO MUCH

Newbie here(18m) looking for fundamental tips. I have a huge problem in my relationships with girls in general, i try to help them and understand them. I even consult them in their problems(which it seems I'm very good at), or even when they're sad or worried about something i talk to them sympathetically and make them feel much better. But NONE of these seems to work. I seriously don't understand how women think, but if i had somebody like that in my life i wouldn't let go off them in an eternity...and I'm not ugly or introverted or too much of a normie or something like that, I consider myself way above average in general. All these said and i still cant maintain a relationship with a girl, as soon as i start to care for them and help them and understand them, they suddenly start to get cold and lose all their interest. I recently broke up with the girl who was my first kiss, and the whole relationship lasted 2 weeks(we were friends before that)... in the start i was only roasting and playing mindgames on her (even saying it seems like some kind of abuse ngl) and it seems like this made her sooo interested in me that she was literally begging me. But as soon as things got serious and i showed her my other side, she was no longer interested in talking to me even though i helped her through many things and I've always been a secure shoulder to cry on...

I really need your help to see what's the problem
