Image 1 — made a post a few days ago, and a update with new pictures, so here it is. I’m a 29 year-old male. This started a few days ago after several days of dry masturbation without lube. I also had been wearing tight underwear for a couple of days, which I don’t normally do.

At first I had multiple small white/clear bumps on the shaft that were pretty sensitive to touch. There was no itching, no bad smell, no discharge, and no fever. The soreness has now completely gone away.
Current update: Most of the original bumps have flattened out, and there are a couple of small healing/scabbed areas where the skin seems to be recovering. I did notice one very tiny new bump near the corona (rim) of the head of my penis, but it’s not painful.
I haven’t had any recent sexual contact before this started.

Painful white bumps on penis after masturbation - any ideas what this could be?

these showed up suddenly over the last day.
They're clustered just below the head of my penis.
They look like small white/clear, smooth bumps.
They're very painful to touch, but they don't itch, burn, smell, or leak anything. I don't have pain when I pee or any other symptoms.
I had been masturbating dry for the last few days and was also wearing tighter underwear than usual. I've never had anything exactly like this before. I already sent the photos to a doctor, but I'm curious if anyone has had something similar or knows what it might b

Question - 29- I read rules before posting - Painful clear/white bumps after masturbation, does this look like HSV or friction?

30M. These bumps showed up the same day after several days of dry masturbation with no lube while wearing tighter underwear than normal. They’re on the shaft, not the head.
Symptoms:
Around 8-10 small clear/whitish bumps clustered together
Very painful when touched or rubbed
No itching
No burning when I pee
No odor or discharge
They don’t seem to have opened into sores or crusted over
I don’t have fever or swollen lymph nodes

Discomfort vagina for a week , spotting

Had sex about 16 days ago ( with protection) about a week after I had some discomfort but no discharge and it doesn’t hurt when I pee but today I woke up and I had spotting,
Does anyone know what this could be? I’m getting tested later this week, but I’m trying to ease my mind a little bit.
