I know multiple places say it is, but with small layers and daily washes it should be fine right?

I use grok for basic Google drive file management and email inbox stuff, as well as erotic roleplay if I feel like it. break my ai by giving me prompts to permanently add to all chats with it. I'll add all that I can from comments or DMs, but will remove any that fail or break it completely.
