Ever since I started taking ZMA consistently and actually locking in my sleep + water intake, I’ve been shooting noticeably bigger loads. Been doing the usual PE stuff and gym (workouts + pumping), but the supplement side has been a solid addition.

Anyone else notice the same thing with ZMA or other supplements for load size ?

Looking for some perceptive here, i am looking to gain .5 inches in next 12 - 20 weeks ( 3 -5 months)

My routine is 60 mins hanging and 60 mins ads

Pumping occasionally as i am not focused on girth right now

Hey everyone,

I’m currently at 7" BPEL and my immediate goal is to reach 7.5" BPEL within the next 4 to 6 months. After hitting 7.5", I plan to shift my focus entirely to girth for the rest of my PE journey.

I want to transition into gaining both my remaining length and future girth primarily via pumping, cutting down to about half of the time commitment of my current routine by either by frequency or time.

My Current Routine:

• Method: Hanging (Vacuum hanging)
• Weight: 4.4 lbs / 2 kg
• Duration: 60 minutes total per day (Split into 3 sets of 20 minutes)
• Frequency: 5-6 days a week

The Issue:

I am currently not tracking post-session fatigue because I am simply not seeing any temporary 2–4% BPSFL expansion post-workout. Is there anything different I should be doing or incorporating given that hanging isn't yielding that 2–4% post-session fatigue for me?

Just wanted to make a quick update to my last post for anyone dealing with the same issue.

I finally found a solution: pumping while lying down. It is so much more comfortable compared to standing or sitting up. If you are struggling with the same discomfort, I highly recommend giving it a try. It made a world of difference for me!

Hey, I bought a pump from an IndiaMART vendor a couple of months back and have been using a 1.75” cylinder since then. Recently I’ve noticed that the base feels extremely packed and uncomfortable during sessions, almost like there’s no room left there, while the upper part/top still isn’t fully packing the cylinder.

A few people suggested moving up to a 2” cylinder, but I’m unsure if that’s actually the correct sign to size up or if it could just be a pressure/fitting issue.

Anyone here experienced something similar? How did you know it was genuinely time to move up in cylinder size?

Hey i am planning to get totalman hanging device compression or vacuum which would be better and people who imported how was you experience? do i need to be worried of customs, i have imported watches so i have no problem with process except what will be custom rate?
