Week 4/4 Update!

I know the this update is a little late, however It's now been 4 weeks!! (Closer to a full month but anyways)

According to my app:

SW: 71kg (156.5lbs)

FW: 73kg (161lbs)

I was hoping I'd do better in these few weeks, however! I don't think it's too bad progress at all. Honestly I enjoyed it and I think I will extend this/continue! I probably don't be as consistent but I'll try do updates every so often.

I've noticed my tummy does feel a little softer and also I feel it a tiny bit more, nothing huge yet though. I don't think it's bloat as I've lowered my eating the past few days to get an accurate reading so it should be an actual change.

I tried on some older clothes and I feel like they are a bit more snug especially around my waist!

Thanks for following along!

Week 3 update

It's been hard, I've been eating more than ever before, and my weight is stuck at 71.5kg, I've even weighed in a bit below that at one point and don't know how, when I first wanted to start this "challenge?" I always would see posts and stuff and think that people just aren't trying hard enough whenever it takes them like a year for 10kg and that I could easily do like 0.5kg a day and be a whole new person in a month but it really is difficult so props to all of you guys who also do this. Idk what else to say, there hasn't been much changes as you can tell from my weight being stuck. Honestly I'm just really disappointed in myself I really thought I could do a lot better...

Week 2/4

Kinda short update cause it's quite late and I'm tired, however!

I haven't been doing daily weigh ins but I'm up to 73.7kg now (71.0kg -->73.7kg, 156,5lbs -->162,5lbs) (I think)

Which I think is pretty good pace!

I've noticed by lower belly roll seems a bit like more out a little and my thighs have gotten a bit bigger too I think, to be honest I haven't noticed much yet which is a bit frustrating however I'm sure the changes will happen soon. My face might be a bit puffier in the cheeks? But no double chin or anything. Tbh I think I'm getting a bit ahead of myself thinking the changes would be rapid which is kinda what I wanted but don't think it's realistic.

My tummy has been making a lot more noises and idk if that's because of more digestion or what but it's not discomforting or anything so I'm fine with it.

I think that's about it for now.

Thanks for staying tuned!

UPDATE : Week 1/4

First of all, as it's probably what most of you care about: Weights:

Day 1: 71kg

Day 2: 71kg

Day 3: 71.5kg

Day 4: 72.2kg

Day 5: 72.7kg

Day 6: 71.6kg

Day 7: forgot to measure

All weights morning after shower and toilet, no clothes.

Now, time for what I've noticed:

After like day 2 I noticed my belly is always sticking out like it's bloated, as it's too soon for any meaningful fat gain I'm sure it's bloat. My appetite has increased A LOT, I can eat something and not even 10mins later feel my stomach begging for more. What shocked me most was on day 5 or 6 can't remember when I drank a litre of heavy cream (which made me SOO tired I fell asleep for hours and sadly lost time to eat but still got 6500+ cal so I'd call it a success) I felt quite heavy and at first it was quite hard to drink but soon after I finished it I FELT hungry even though I also felt FULL at the same time, it was kinda exciting and scary at the same time. I accidentally ate some mouldy strawberries on day 6 :( made me completely lose my appetite for the day, also idk why my weight went down that day since the day before was the litre of heavy cream, in general I'm surprised my weight hasn't really gone up that much. Haven't noticed clothes not fitting or fitting lighter or anything like that although you can kinda see where my belly button is through my shirts cause of the bloat which is kinda hot, a peek into the future kinda.

I don't think I'll be doing much heavy cream because of how tired it makes me, I lose so much time I could be eating and I can't afford it. I might try to maybe space it out to kill 2 birds with one stone. I think that's about it?? If I remember something else I'll maybe make a new post or edit this one or something!

Quick update

I bought some heavy cream and it is SCARILY easy to consume. I'm gonna reach over 5.6k cal from it today alone?? That's already my highest this week and I haven't even started eating... I think I might hit over 7k today, it's definitely the way, however idk if I'll be able to drink it every day cause it is kinda pricey but we'll see. It's so much easier getting it down than olive oil but if I had to complain about one thing it would probably be how much it like coats my mouth. Not a huge fan of that, same reason I don't like chocolate but I added some cranberry juice to it and the tartness helps a ton and it makes it a bit more diluted so it doesn't coat my mouth as much.

Thursday will be a whole week so I'll try to make a bigger post on Friday as that will be the first week fully completed and I'll update you guys with my new weight, what I've noticed, etc.

Trying out gaining for a few weeks.

I'm gonna be trying to gain maybe not as much as possible but a lot over the coming weeks. Currently the plan is 1 month and just see where I get. I've been counting calories and been averaging almost 4500 cal a day!!! I had a 5600 cal day 2 days ago that pushed that up a bit as I set myself a goal of 4k a day. I've only been doing this for a few days but seems really manageable so far. Oil has been my best friend lol it's such easy calories and it's not even that bad when I drink it with milk. Planning to keep you guys updated as time goes on!
