What do women expect from men to reach orgasm and have you ever thought about what men expect from women too?

From my last post, I understood better what women expect from men, and honestly, I already do most of those things. But the women I have been with are mostly shy and don’t openly say what they want. I don’t blame them because in my city, people don’t talk openly about sex and there is not much sex education or that type of environment.
I’m also not saying they don’t get satisfaction. They do, and I understand it from their reactions and what they tell me afterwards. Some of them have even become emotional with tears in their eyes while confirming that they were okay and enjoying the experience.
But my expectations should also matter. I don’t expect fake moaning or acting, but I need some genuine expression and guidance. If she is enjoying oral sex or any position, I want her to show it through her expressions and body movements or say things like, “I like that,” “keep going,” “don’t stop,” “slower,” “faster,” or “try this position.”
This makes me feel wanted and helps me understand exactly what is giving her pleasure. Without any expression or feedback, how long can I keep guessing what she wants? I think many men may feel the same. A man can try his best, but he cannot read her mind. When a woman openly expresses what she feels and wants, it can make the experience more satisfying for both of them.

Why do some women ejaculate but not feel a full or intense orgasm? Is it normal for the feeling to last only a short time?

I’m a man asking this respectfully and genuinely trying to understand women’s experiences better.
My girlfriends have become wet very quickly, and some have ejaculated during oral sex, but the orgasm or intense feeling seemed to last only a short time. I haven’t yet seen the deep, full-body or body-shaking orgasm that some women describe.
During oral, I don’t rush toward penetration. I take my time, build the arousal slowly, pay attention to her breathing and body movements, and maintain the same rhythm and pressure when she responds positively. I’m comfortable continuing for as long as she wants, changing my approach based on her feedback, and letting her guide me toward what feels best for her.
I understand that ejaculation, orgasm and body shaking are not necessarily the same thing. I also know that every woman expresses pleasure differently, and not shaking doesn’t mean she didn’t enjoy it. I don’t want anyone to feel pressured to perform a dramatic reaction.
Still, I would genuinely love to help a partner experience a deep, intense, body-shaking orgasm if that is something she wants and her body is capable of experiencing. For women who have experienced this, what helped you reach that level? Was it more about trust and mental comfort, longer buildup, a particular kind of stimulation, or something else? What should a male partner understand or do differently?
