(19F) I’ve been insecure about the shape of my boobs for a while now since i can never find a bra that fits and it also makes me feel less feminine.

Most of the before and after results i’ve seen involve implants, but i don’t like the look of implants and would prefer to avoid them if possible. Has anyone here had surgery without implants and still achieved a natural round shape?
