Wanted to share shirt comparison!

This is like actually crazy. This is my favorite sleep shirt and I wanted to try it on for shits and giggles 2.5wpo!!!
I went from a 34DDD to maybe a C/D? Too early to tell bexause of all the swelling.
Also I can’t put my arms down all the way to my side yet due to all the swelling and discomfort!!

Sleep!

How is everyone sleeping and what’s their PO time?
Idk if I should be sleeping elevated still 2WPO. I find myself sometimes waking up and I’m not elevated and I do get some boob pain.

My turn!! 2 days PO

The swelling is nooooo joke! Swelling is everywhere even my neck lol. I’m so bloated too. More pressure and soreness than pain. Day 1 was the worst.
My surgeon took off 3.5 pounds total. Feel free to ask any questions

Journavx

Has anyone been prescribed journavx for their breast reduction??
The NP prescribed me Journavx instead of opoids which is fine and id rather take a non opoid. Just wondering how ur symptoms were on Journavx and if it helped the pain!

Headaches

Hello!
Just curious. Anyone see a difference in the frequency they get headaches before and after breast reduction?
I constantly get headaches and even migraines and it all correlates to my big boobs! I can’t wait for my reduction!

2 months off work

Hi everyone!
Planning on getting a breast reduction soon.
For background I am a dental assistant, I’m in my early 20s. I was wondering if 2 months off work is a lot or just enough time to take off??

If you don’t know dental assistants have a very demanding job physically, I run around my whole shift, I’m constantly using my arms.

I just want to make sure I’m comfortable post op. Please no judgement or anything. I know alot of people go back to work within a couple of weeks but I do have a physically demanding job.

Insurance approval

Hi everyone!
If you went through insurance how long did it take before you got approved.
I have anthem BCBS and I’m not sure if they take long or a short amount of time.
I’m getting antsy ever since my consult which was 2 weeks ago.
Thanks!!
