If I ween myself down to one 100mg a day dose, how many nights can I expect to go without sleep? Has anyone else jumped off at this dose, and realistically how was it?

I'm trying to time my detox to line up with my two days off from work, the only withdrawal symptom I'm worried about is the not sleeping part
