I (39M) have been with my current primary doctor for a few years, and he never examined my genitals in the past. I wonder if this also happens to others in the US.

I feel I'm getting older, and there are multiple issues in my body in the past year. Not sure if I should let my doctor examine my genitals in my upcoming exam. What should I say?

Hi, I'm 39M. Somehow, my libido drops significantly in the past 3 years. No desire for masturbation/sex. Bascially, I don't feel horny even no release for one week.
I used to masturbate 2-3 a week. Now, it's like once a week. I tested T level which is normal.
Does anyone experience the same symptom? what worked for you?
