



Hi everyone! I’m shooting my shot today and looking for someone to completely take the reins and keep me in line. Because my schedule is absolutely packed with Division 1 track training, team meetings, and classes, I’m not looking for a 24/7 dynamic. Instead, I want someone who can heavily impact my daily routine by giving me strict rules, daily conditioning protocols, and performance tasks that I have to complete before the day ends.
I live in a university apartment with teammates and work weird training hours, so I have some logistics to work around: I can't be making loud noises, and my availability is mostly late at night (Eastern Time / UTC-5). I'm ideally looking for someone in a compatible time zone, but if the chemistry is there, we can definitely figure something out.
This dynamic doesn't have to be entirely explicit 100% of the time. I pride myself on being high-achieving, so I'd love to actually connect, talk about sports, fitness, and our interests. I want a real friendship and a deep, submissive connection built on discipline.
Here are the specific areas of conditioning and control that drive me crazy and that I’m looking to explore with the right person:
Praise & Performance Feedback: As an athlete, I am completely wired to crave feedback. Being called a "good girl" for executing your instructions flawlessly fills me with absolute joy. I also occasionally enjoy a more intense, demanding, or condescending tone—it ties into my craving for total submission when I'm used to being the leader.
Strict Rules & Daily Check-ins: I thrive on structure, but I want your structure. I want a strict list of protocols to follow—whether it’s checking in before I even get out of bed, being ordered to wear a specific article of clothing under my athletic gear all day, or having to complete a baseline physical challenge.
Mental Shutdown & Total Obedience: Because my brain is constantly running a mile a minute managing a team, sometimes I just want to completely turn it off and do exactly what I'm told without thinking. Give me simple, repetitive physical commands, make me crawl, or just order me to hold a specific position until you say otherwise.
Stamina & Tolerance Conditioning: I love the concept of long-term conditioning. Whether it's training my focus, conditioning my body to respond to specific triggers, or testing my physical tolerance and endurance with demanding assignments, I want to see how far you can push my discipline.
Secret Body Notation: There is an incredible thrill to being told exactly what to write on my skin. Walking around campus, sitting in lectures, or running a workout knowing that I have your marks or specific words written on me beneath my uniform—completely hidden from the world—is an absolute rush.
