Title: 18M - I can't orgasm without getting severe nausea and headaches
I'm 18M, 55kg, 168cm no meds, and I've never been able to orgasm or masturbate successfully.
I can get and maintain an erection without any problems, but I've never intentionally had an orgasm. Whenever I get close to the point of orgasm—or even seriously think about ejaculating—I suddenly feel extremely nauseous. It feels like I'm about to throw up, I get a really intense headache, and it almost feels like my head starts spinning, so I have to stop immediately.
The only times I've ever ejaculated were during wet dreams. Even then, I wake up feeling like I'm going to vomit and with a severe headache. I think I may have even thrown up once after one, but I'm not 100% sure since it happened a long time ago lol.
Has anyone experienced something similar or know what could cause this? Could it be something physical, psychological, or a combination of both?
