Struggle to feel any pleasure with another person
23F I have been having orgasms while masturbating for many years, but I can’t seem to feel pleasure in my own body when I’m with another person.
I recently started seeing a guy who has more sexual experience than me. He’s tried eating me out, touching my clit, fingering me and even letting me grind on his leg while making out. I ended up stopping him each time we tried something because it just didn’t feel good for me, even though I was aroused and turned on by what he was doing. The sensation ranges from being slightly uncomfortable to overstimulating or sometimes just feels like nothing.
I’m not sure if it’s a mental block or a physical problem where I’ve trained my body to only feel pleasure from the specific way I touch myself (which he can’t seem to replicate.) Even if I’m not having an orgasm, I would really like to be able to enjoy myself during intimacy.
