hi all, i wasn't sure where to ask this question, and it may be kind of stupid. i am a pre-bottom surgery gay trans man who exclusively has anal sex, and i'm wondering if my HIV risk is the same as cis gay men or if it is lower because i am not male. i'm not sure if i should be considering Prep or not. i'll be talking to my doctor about it next time i see them and obviously will continue using a condom (especially because i am not on birth control!) but i am just curious if anyone knows how this works
