I've been working from home and I'm about to go into a long meeting with several people including my boss and their boss. The meeting lasts for 3 hours I think I could ruin AT LEAST once during that time (let's be honest, I'll probably ruin a few times)
Is august 8 which is today for me. All I've had are ruins on top of ruins today. The best way to celebrate if I'm being honest. Hopefully there are some other people out there taking part in this day the right way.
A few weeks ago I asked in a poll if I should aim for 1k ruins or 10k ruins. The poll came out to 10k. So now I will be working towards that goal. Any suggestions on a daily average? Or a minimum? Or even a time frame?

I was away on holiday for a little bit and only got one ruin the entire time I was away. Two weeks. One ruin. I have to make up for it this weekend.
When I started exploring orgasms, I didn't realise for years that I wasn't actually having a proper orgasm. I didn't even know what a ruined orgasm was.
