Had protected vaginal sex with a woman 24 hours ago and then I woke up with this. No pain or discharge just a redness? will have to wait for the 2 week test window but any ideas?

Had balantis before but mainly on my head, this looks a bit different. Could it be some sort of sti, it doesn’t hurt and I have no other symptoms

Every time after mastubation I get this red ring at top of penis? STI test negative. Is this balantis?
