My wife and I are experimenting with chastity. There are many options out there. What cages would you recommend? I also have seen the flat cages. They confuse me. It seams to me that the shaft would be pushed out of the ring and the cage would simply fall off. What am I missing?

Currently long term chastity does not seam to be reasonable due to injury. I expect discomfort but injury is a no go. What are the things to consider to make long term a reality for my wife?
