Vacuum cup causing edema

Recently switched from the 38mm PMC vacuum cup to a 40mm Epic V3 cup and I’ve started to get edema around the underside of my glands after extending for 30-40 minutes.

The 38mm PMC cup was a slightly snugger fit and didn’t produce as much if any edema but the valve kept leaking.

I’ve tried the 36mm Epic V3 and can’t fit in it.

Is edema ok or to be expected after extending and is it ok to do some interval pumping when there is already edema there?

STD check after a biopsy.

My ex girlfriend had a vaginal biopsy done when we were together that came back suspicious and she had to have a procedure done to remove tissue. Her gynaecologist told her to tell me I should get checked for STD’s because of this.

I got tested and it came back all clear and I offered her nothing but love and support throughout all of this.

Thing is this cancer is caused by HPV and as far as I’m aware there is no test for HPV for men so getting checked out seems pointless in this regards.

Unfortunately I come with baggage, I’ve been cheated on in the past multiple times and it’s done a number on my head. I worked on myself to get over this and tried really hard to be trusting in this relationship even though there were signs of cheating and all of this is playing around in my head as I move on from her.

So my question is for men whose partners went through a similar thing, did you get asked to get tested for STD’s too even though you can’t get tested for that particular STD?
