4.5 years. Think I must be doing something wrong.
I’ve tried sublingual and injections, both with and without prog and bica and weight cycled throughout all of it. They’re progressing, but glacially. I suspect I must be having methylation issues or something like that.
Right now I’m taking 6 mg of estrodiol sublingually and 100 mg of progesterone and 25 mg of bica orally every day.
