Hi, 37fm who recently met a 35-36m. I had never heard the term FLR prior but had a very rudimentary understanding due to the nature of my work which revolves around disease prevention and we were trained on some aspects of alternative relationship dynamics and kink as a way to better understand communities.
Met a guy who was close by, (I live in a very rural small town) who for our brief conversation period allowed me to realize that I have more interest in the dynamics of flr than I ever knew. He seemed interested, I certainly was. We even video chatted and he was a handsome, intelligent and well spoken fellow. But even after that level of interest (he even asked If I would be interested in a short contract and was interested in complete submission) that kind of awakened something in me, he sent a message saying a family issue had arised and he "wasn't going to be able to do this".
So now I'm aware of how this facet of my being cannot be denied since it's existence was brought forth. 🙃 Has anyone else experienced the process of introduction to the lifestyle in a very small town? And is it often that you feel you vibe with someone and they seemingly vibe back, then ghost? How does one step into the proverbial waters properly?
