So, long story short, a month ago I saw what looked like white mold on the circled part, I haven't actually checked if it was that actually and instead went straight to washing it and looking up the ways to completely clean such molds.
Since that happened I haven't used it, instead I properly dried it (as my guess on what happened was either mold grew due to water being left there when I stored it, or it just water residue due to drying out slowly) and left it for a month and it hasn't happened again, no white spots, no dried water or mold.
However I need advice on whether or not it's safe to use, on one hand as I mentioned, after a month there is nothing after cleaning it in every way possible, including boiling, on the other hand I am highly unsure if that means the mold is completely gone.
Also, the toy is made from proper silicone.
