Is the open ended happy wife sleeve a good starter sleeve? Its the same length as me, but about 3/4 to 1" thicker than me. Wanting to spice things up between my wife and I. She has a tilted uterus so increasing length may be problematic as she does not like it when I hit the cervix. Any advice would be appreciated.
