I “quit” findom last January. I havent sent since then but have basically been torturing myself with the craving to send for the past year, no matter how close I get to giving in my “rational thinking” just wont let me go through with it

Have been trying to find a good conditioning file to make resisting findom impossible

I want to go findumb again but I cant seem to do it
