Hey, I know tight foreskin isn't exclusively a BDP but I don't know if it would be more common with big dick's.
So my foreskin is fairly tight, I'm just about able to pull it back when I'm flaccid but when I'm hard it's too tight and I can't pull it back all the way.
I'm wondering if this is a somewhat common issue and how to fix it without cutting it off?
