Seeking advice on building or sourcing an inflatable mattress or airbed with a penis/genital cutout for prone milking/sexual massage use. Standard rigid tables exist but inflatable preferred for portability/storage.

Has anyone cut/modified an air mattress successfully? Material recommendations, patch methods, structural integrity under load? Links to products or failed attempts appreciated. UK-based if sourcing matters.
