M4F Hospital Romance

Hello! I am looking to do an RP with someone about the head of pediatrics ward in hospital getting involved with a new hire in his ward. I have an idea of them possibly meeting in bar the night before and having some fun but the next day finding out they work together. There would be workplace drama. Drama due to the two having had slept together previously. I want it to be romance that builds slowly. Seems like it could be interesting. I prefer to do things in 3rd person but I am ok with rping in 1st if my partner desires it.
