15 lbs in 2 months?
So I’ve been on a slow cut all year… down to 170 lbs from 188. I’ve got an event coming up mid July… do you guys think speeding up the cut so I’m in the 155 lb range by then is “sustainable”? Do you think I’d lose too much muscle? I’m planning on upping my protein to 1.25 grams per lb, upping creatine intake, and rather than cutting calories any more, I’m planning on adding an extra hour of HIIT treadmill work 4 days a week. Any thoughts or suggestion?
