Not sure why but, while I could accept — even rather like — it when a few white hairs began appearing at my temples, seeing salt-and-pepper pubes surrounding my little softie bothers me (probably much more than it should). Has it begun happening to you? Should I simply shave away this evidence that the inevitable process of aging is taking place? 😏

Done as an adult years ago. Traditional sleeve resection technique taught in US medical schools. My urologist told me he’d make the incision about 5 mm from the glans, adding that he didn’t leave more of the inner skin because, “It’s the most fragile part of the penis.” He also said he’d, “remove the redundancy.”

I’d say he accomplished the goal! What do you think of his handiwork?
