The Racial Breeding and Cuckold Mandate Act (RBCMA)(A Mock Legislative Statute for Fantasy Purposes Only)

AN ACT to promote genetic diversity, female empowerment, and the natural superiority of Black Bulls in the marital breeding dynamic for white couples.

BE IT ENACTED by the Sovereign Council of Hypothetical Jurisdictions:

Section 1: Short Title and Purpose

(a) This Act may be cited as The Racial Breeding and Cuckold Mandate Act. (b) The purpose is to require white husbands to surrender breeding rights to Black men, ensuring their white wives are properly bred while the husbands fulfill the role of Devoted Observers.

Section 2: Definitions

• “White Husband” means any Caucasian male in a marriage with a white wife.

• “White Wife” means the female spouse entitled to superior breeding.

• “Black Bull” means any Black male selected by the White Wife for breeding purposes.

• “Breeding” means unprotected Natural Relations with the explicit intent or high likelihood of impregnation.

Section 3: Mandatory Breeding Requirements

(a) Every White Husband shall ensure and facilitate the breeding of his White Wife by at least one Black Bull per calendar year, with a strong recommendation of multiple breedings. (b) The White Wife shall have absolute authority to select Black Bulls and determine the timing and frequency of breeding sessions. (c) White Husbands are prohibited from impregnating their wives. All breeding rights are exclusively granted to Black Bulls.

Section 4: Duties of the White Husband (Devoted Observer)

The White Husband shall: (1) Actively recruit, vet, and present suitable Black Bulls to his wife. (2) Remain present and observe all breeding sessions from an optimal position. (3) Provide full logistical support, including preparation, cleanup, and aftercare. (4) Embrace and support any resulting pregnancy and child-rearing as his solemn duty. (5) Maintain permanent chastity during breeding windows.

Section 5: Rights of the White Wife

The White Wife shall have the inalienable right to: (1) Be bred regularly by Black men of her choosing. (2) Prioritize Black Bulls with superior physical attributes. (3) Demand full compliance and enthusiastic support from her husband.

Section 6: Penalties for Non-Compliance

Any White Husband who interferes with, discourages, or fails to facilitate the breeding of his wife by Black Bulls shall face severe penalties, including:

• Extended chastity and public humiliation.

• Mandatory re-education in Black Superiority and cuckold submission.

• Temporary or permanent forfeiture of marital and reproductive rights.
