First sex experience resulted in cuming in 3 minutes without penetration

We are married recently and doing sex for the first time. We were trying to do sex after so much foreplay and cuddles... I was hard all the time.. but when I started to do penetrate her, her vagina was so tight and hardly penetrated her... But doing this 4 5 times like for 3 minutes, I cummed and didn't get hard after that... Is that normal thing? I was so much ashamed and disappointed in me as I finished too early.. what to do?
