How do I go about practicing for pegging and self play. Trying to get more into ass play. Usually use my fingers and small toys at massage parlors but never had toys of my own. How did I start it out.

Tomorrow is gonna be my first time getting pegged. I’ve have fingers and normal sized toys up before but never pegged. I usually always would do it when getting a massage and they slip small toys and feels great. Wanted to finally try pegging. Any suggestions for a first time ?
