I know GMing is tough and not for everyone. Hoping to find someone who enjoys it and wants to try this! I'd like to play this out as the characters being stranded on a remote, deserted tropical island after the crash. By sheer coincidence, there would be me, a larger, stronger man with a variety of survivor skills...And your characters. I'd like there to be a variety. Some who were already gay femmes, some regular guys that were maybe just on the smaller/weaker side, etc.

I'm exclusively looking for someone who wants to make an interesting plot with realistic characters in spite of the sort of contrived, unrealistic premise. There should be a few different characters you'd control, and they should all have some degree of personality and motivations.

After the first week, it will be clear that I'm leading the group, and you're all reliant on me for survival. I built the shelters, I hunt the food, I give out orders and directions on things that are needed. So eventually, I decide the rest of you should be providing me some relief too, right? I may have been straight on the mainland, but after a week here...some of you are starting to look pretty cute.

That's where we'd start our story. I explain I want the rest of you to become my harem. From now on, all survival needs will be taken care of for all of you, but you need to help me relieve stress. You'll follow my rules, and do as I say. The best part? The luggage from the plane contained all kinds of sexy, skimpy lingerie and bikinis for you all to wear!

I'd like your characters to respond differently to this news. Some might already have been gay and on the fem side, others were straight in the real world, and might have a problem with it, finding even the prospect utterly humiliating. Even already gay characters should have logical reservations about becoming effectively concubines, and not just be mindless sex robots. But I'm going to lay down the law and make sure everyone in my harem follows the rules.

I'd like to play as a generally straight, masculine guy in his 30's or 40's who somehow comes in contact with a sexy feminine guy that is, let's just say, "in your face" about his sexuality. I'd really like this to be a slow burn, more detail oriented role play. My character will definitely be reluctant, and will have to be broken down before we go too far. So I want you to play an actual character with personality and stuff, not just a walking sex object. So please, if you don't want to write somewhat of a conversational, detailed, literate RP just find someone else who also wants to skip to the sex! I want this to be teasing, flirting, taboo, that kind of thing.
