Can I Stay Around an A Cup While on HRT

I'm pre HRT and I'm about to start

I don't want a B cup I only want to keep it subtle around an A cup or just a little bigger than my current chest

The picture you're seeing is gynecomastia not breast growth from HRT

I'm 65 kg and I still live with my family I can't let them know which is why I want to keep my breast growth as minimal as possible so I can still pass as a boy for at least a year

Is that possible

Do I need to exercise to help keep the breast growth minimal

Girlies please help I'm really concerned about this because I can't wait to start HRT
