I have been thinking about the parallels of affairs and running a startup.

• Finding a compatible cofounder is hard and needs serious due diligence.
• Questionable morals are needed.
• One has to be creative with finances.
• Solid risk management skills are needed.
• Equal parts exhilarating and nerve-racking.
• You underestimate the effort needed to juggle workstreams.
• Scope creep often happens.
• Exit strategy is often unknown and won’t be clear till much later.
