So I am on TRT and reta and soon going to add HGH.

Low/Normal doses for all. Aiming for general longevity and health.

My wife started reta with me and was asking about TRT and HGH for her. Is there a female equivalent or dose for the holy Trinity for women.

We are both about 50.
