trying to start microdosing testosterone
Not sure if I'm allowed to post here but I need any advice or insight on this.
I'm a trans man (pre transition). I can't transition right now for various reasons, I need to move out and get financially stable first.
I discovered I can safely obtain testosterone where I live so I've been really considering microdosing for enhancing my gym progress.
I've been working out on and off for the past 11 months and I have made decent progress. I would say I progressed faster than an average female. For example when I used to incline DB press, I went from 10 kg dumbbells to 22 kg dumbbells for reps in six months which is apparently fast. This alongside other factors make me think I already have elevated levels of testosterone, though I haven't tested yet.
Now I've been thinking I'd do 20 mg of enanthate testosterone per week and monitor my blood work. The problem is I can't transition right now so I need to still pass as a girl and not have super masculine side effects.
I'm worried that microdosing will produce more of the undesirable changes (facial hair, voice drop) and not substantially enhance my gym progress. I'm already very hairy. I have dark coarse hair on my stomach, genitals, armpits, legs and thinner hair everywhere else including my chest, neck and face.
Would this be manageable at all? and would it be worth it? or should I work with what I can naturally produce for now?
