29F what i think is an external hemorrhoid since 2022
Please help this is ruining my life lol it started when i was pregnant in 2022, it was small back then though and i thought it would go away, it didn’t cause me issues so i let it be. Now 4 years later i am miserable. Flare up’s come and go. i thought it was leaving behind skin tags every time it shrunk back down. Now it just looks like a huge cluster of them and idk what the heck is going on. this is what it looks like right now in this current flare up. It’s very painful. I really do not want to have surgery but idk what else will help? These are external right?? I’ve never tried to push them in or anything cause it’s always looked and felt like it was on the outside. I feel like every time i look up treatment options it shows stuff for internal. I just can’t keep living like this im also too afraid to be intimate with anyone because i am so insecure about this.
